Established in Bristol in 2019, the Forest Bakery specialise in traditional and vegan croissants and sourdough breads. Their croissants and bread are made from a handful of high quality natural ingredients using traditional methods.
The Forest Bakery is run by Jimmy and Sarah, a husband and wife team. Jimmy’s passion for baking began whilst he was working as a teacher in South Somerset. He started off baking from home and it wasn’t long before he was hooked. After training for 4 years in an artisan bakery in Somerset he decided to start up his own business in Bristol and the Forest Bakery was born.
