We have taken a traditional Italian salami recipe, removed the red wine and fennel and replaced it with sage, mustard and local cider to give it a real West Country flavour. The result is a totally unique salami flavour that has quickly established itself as our signature product. Ingredients: Pork (87%), Cider (4.8%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Salt, Mustard Seeds (1.0%), Dextrose, Water, Sage (0.4%)Water, Black Pepper, Garlic, Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Nitrate. 138g pork per 100g of salami. Ambient stable. Store at 0-5°C for best quality results. Use within 4 weeks of opening.
