The balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP Oro Fattoria Estense is a selected product aged in oak barrels and represents a quality of vinegar that is aged for at least 3 years, the minimum ageing time for the balsamic vinegar is 3 years in order to get the quality guarantee. Made by the Alico company, this vinegar has the IGP designation. The balsamic vinegar Oro is a product of excellence: it shows a velvety texture, a medium-full body, dark colour typical of vinegars aged in oak.

The balsamic vinegar Oro shows sweet and sour aromas on the nose with oak and cooked must on the nose. On the mouth it shows medium-intensity, a not very persistent acidity, balanced sweet and sour aftertaste
