Colston Bassett Mini Stilton

Produced in Nottingham and regarded as one of the best Stilton’s in the country.  It uses traditional rennet in the cheese making process. Hand-ladling the curd produces a Stilton which is mellow and deliciously creamy with lovely rich deep savoury flavours.

A delicate spicy tang from the blue veins comes through with a rounded and superb lingering finish.
